You'll work on:
- external rotation ( looks like a frog) & internal rotation (knees together, feet apart like you need to pee)
- strengthening the leg to kick high & stretch back behind you (flexion & extension)
- abdution (opening the legs wide like middle splits but much more realistic)

90min jammed-with-knowledge workshop with:
- some golden hip mobility stuff we don't cover in the class above
- active & dynamic flexibility that you don't see in your average Vinyasa class
- nerdy guidance on the anatomy & benefits of each exercise
