Same old flows = same old results.

You’re a yoga teacher, a movement lover, body-aware & health-driven person.

You’ve got a raging inner fire to move like Lara Croft - but don't know how to do it.

But no matter how many Instagram carousels you save… the Birds of Paradise pose won't happen & your hips still hurt after a 12hr flight.

You’re tired of the constant need to crack your lower back even after your morning yoga flow.

Movement isn't reserved for 6-8pm under fluorescent lights.

You need to create lifestyle of movement so that you build strength, swag, and a body that’s always ready.

Here's where your approach to "being fit" falls short:

• You’re absorbing “one-size-fits-all” group class and copy-paste cues that are made for the average crowd.

• You’ve been copying the IG sequences and YouTube tutorials instead of building from your current range and weak spots.

• You’re missing the concrete feedback that turns random effort into measurable results.

You don’t need another pre-recorded program or another unrealistic tutorial from an ex-gymnast.

You need to radically change the way movement happens in your daily life, not just on your yoga mat.

You fell into the modern society trap that treats movement as a chore..

..a work out on the to-do list after office hours and before laundry.

.. living on the yoga mat & wearing a coral pink sports bra.

.. only counting if it’s 60 minutes long with a warm up and a cool down.

But still, you can’t shake the doubt - if your “strength” only shows up in class, but not in your everyday life, are you really “fit”?

Dear friend, you need to re-define "movement" as not something on your agenda but turn it into a way of living - so that you’re strong, playful, and always ready as your default state of existing.

For the yoga teacher who’s tired of demoing crow with shaky elbows.
For the movement enthusiast who can flow for an hour but still wakes up feeling like hit by a truck.
For the athlete who crushes the CrossFit sets but feels like their lower back needs to be re-aligned by a physiotherpist.

Personal Practice Lab

your 3-month personal coaching journey to make athletic, ready-for-anything your default setting

you are invited for:

Custom strategy & direct guidance for your weak spots - so that you know how exactly to move every day - free from pain & injury, while getting visibly more agile in daily life & sports.

A safe space to be messy, curious, and playful so that you find joy and ease in working on your weakest spots & transform them into a confidence you are proud of.

Developing "movement as lifestyle, not homework" mindset - so that you start living your life as an always-strong, capable body who can squat to lift your 20kg dog, twist to grab your bag in the car, hang from a bar 'just bcs you feel like it', or cartwheel on the beach. A body that is always ready.

How they won with the right strategy

Clients who changed their practice also changed their gains

When Daniel includes the wrist & shoulder exercises in upper body day, he's healing pain from  years of "pushing too hard" & building capacity for advanced pullups with less reps.

When David started working on hip-specific stabilization, his knee pain disappeared in deep squats & everyday life.

When Olivia started with the spine & shoulder mobilization, her upper back cramps lessened & disappered with time.

When Steven included the hip mobility drills into his weekly routines, his years-long hip & low back pain dissolved and his kickboxing finally started kicking a$$.

When Lia did the 'boring warmups', she went from terrified to even try to 3-breath bold holds of crow pose.

When Katya took half an hour to do her full-body mobility maintanance, her CrossFit next-day soreness was gone & she felt as 'light as a feather'.

It's not about how hard they worked.

It's about changing how they did it.

in 3 months of Personal Practice Lab, you'll be able to achieve..

  • Deeper hip rotation in poses like pancake, yogi squat, Skandasana, frog pose, reclined hero pose.

  • Shoulders so open they can reach back & grab the foot behind your head instead of pulling on it.

  • Solid lower back control in deep wheel pose so you say bye-bye to lower back pain after a heart-opening session.

  • Open your hips so your lunges drop real deep and the back leg feels generously stretched in king pigeon & splits.

  • Confidently hold arm balances like crow, side crow, flying pigeon, flying splits without wrist pain or elbow wobble.

and your life can look like...

  • Feeling ready to jump into handstands or an arm balance without worrying about falling, wrist or shoulder pain.

  • Squat & lift your golden retriever so they don’t get in the mud like it’s nobody’s business.

  • Play with your kids on the floor - crawling, rolling, chasing, and your body feels like you are 8 again.

  • Get in a pretzel pose in that tiny airplane seat during an 12hr flight bcs your hips can go places.

  • Swing your backpack onto the top shelf of a train without it falling back on your face.

These outcomes can be possible for you if you are ready to radically change the way you move & committ to the personalized strategy we will develop together during our sessions.

The Personal Practice Lab is not for everyone.

You won't truly appreciate it if you:

  • Want quick fixes or shortcuts.

  • Prefer to "switch off & follow along" without understanding the "why" behind the movements.

  • Are a ClassPass owner who is content with generic, one-size-fits-all classes that feel just 'good', not great.

  • Are uncomfortable to admit your weaknesses.

  • Are looking for temporary solutions rather than a sustainable, long-term transformation.

The Personal Practice Lab is where you'll thrive if you:

  • Have tried bunch of “flexibility challenges” but your body still resists, and you’re hungry to understand why.

  • Want to transform your weakest link into your strongest, most confident skill.

  • Are eager to live in a body that bends, twists, and flows - not just on the mat, but in real life.

  • Are ready to make movement a lifestyle, not just a scheduled workout.

  • Crave a safe, supportive space to experiment, grow, and expand your limits - on your own terms.

You might be wondering...

What is the schedule of the sessions? The schedule is entirely up to us & can be modified as life happens.

How much time will this require outside of our sessions? This program is an invitation to re-think the way you practice yoga & do exercise. I recommend to re-visit the excersises daily. Doing only 2 drills a day is much better than repeating it all once a week. However, the more commit, the deeper we'll be able to go, the wilder the transformation can be!

What equipment do I need? The purpose of the PPL is to build you a movement lifestyle that is independent of studios, equipments & special requirements. Minimal gear is sufficient for comfort: a yoga mat, blocks, a strap, maybe light dumbbells or resistance bands (optional). Everything else I can be done bodyweight & is home-friendly.

What if I have injuries or limitations? That’s exactly what this coaching is for. We’ll start from your baseline. Every plan is modified, progressive, and designed to honor your history. I’ll give regressions, and adjustments. You won’t be forced into pain.

Do you offer any guarantee or refund policy? I offer a "not fully sure" payment plan where you can pay month-by-month. However, once the payment is done there's no refund. I cannot also guarantee you results because the transformation will depend on your starting point & your commitment during our work together.

What happens after the 3 months? After 3 months, you’ll have your custom roadmap, new mobility “anchors,” and a movement library out of the notes from our sessions that you can continue with. You’ll retain lifetime access to your session recordings, notes, and bonus programs so you can deepen further. We can do 30 or 90 days post-PPL check in to address any questions or doubts that have come up during your solo practice. The follow-up is included in the PPL price.
