You will be able to do the moves, ask questions & get personalized feedback so you can then integrate these moves in your practice. All live sessions will be recorded.

12 worksheets with the exercise plan of each session. Once you know the technicalities of the move, you will have those worksheets as a visual reminder/ cue on everything you’ve learned, and access all this information at any time.
